RISK MANAGEMENT
Our leadership team is committed to ensuring Sailability Bayside operates to the highest safety standards.
Our risk management plan, developed over a number of years, reflects our commitment. It captures input from across a broad spectrum, including volunteers and support workers, Sailability Queensland, Australian Sailing and sailing clubs.
Risks are assessed against Australian Sailing's Risk Matrix and subject to ongoing review.
Regular field days test and fine tune our procedures, enabling across the board competence.
